"We booked a premium room and we asked to be put in a room that over looks the train tracks at the back, the person on reception said no problem but when we got to room we were looking out the front. It's not a big deal but if no rooms available just say, don't lie"

"Well located, very modern and clean hotel. Perfect for a weekend with friends or as a couple. There’s a bar that’s open all night pretty much and restaurant during the day. Only thing I didn’t like was the check in process. They make you do it all yourself despite the front desk being fully staffed which didn’t make sense to me. I was asked to input information that they would have had from my booking so it was redundant"

"Overall the experience was great. The breakfast was excellent, wide variety, clean and spacious seating area. All staff members, were great and very professional. The room was clean with just some minor improvements needed, such as, better pillows (super flat and offered little support) and a new hairdryer would be great. Otherwise, the amenities from the lobby area seating to the on site bar was great. A great option to revisit."

No where was as amazing as this hotel’s staff - very helpful, didn’t seem cranky about having to speak in English, and very accommodating."
