"Terrific central location in Temple Bar. Earplugs thoughtfully provided as yes, it did get noisy at times. Very roomy, spacious and comfortable apartment with excellent facilities. Had a couple of minor gripes that needed fixing, but to be fair, these were responded to extremely rapidly and efficiently by the off site management who are available by phone 24/7 and very accommodating. "We were very happy with our stay. Fantastic communication and host very helpful with questions. Apartment is bang in the action and could not be more central. Other reviews said hot water could be an issue but wasn’t and use the boiler button and turn the shower the right way and it’s fine! Be aware it’s noisy late at night but it is in the temple bar! And this was fine for us. Roof top terrace great in warm Weather also. Would return. Thanks"

"Outstanding overall! John was responsive prior to arriving. Check in was easy with a very nice welcome basket. Property was in very clean and in excellent condition. The pictures are representative of the layout, but the property has more space than it appears. Deck is large. Very comfortable for four adults. Location is good for walking or catching busses into all downtown and tourist areas. Local shopping for groceries and supplies is good. Restaurant in building is excellent."

"I liked the fact that I was able to leave my laguage in their office for half a day free of charge after the check out. The staff is extremely helpful. The property is cosy and well equipped. I didn't like the fact that the office is quite far from the property but to be honest it is still a walking distance (half an hour). "

"Great stay in Dublin. 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Centrally located not far from Temple University. Had a great visit. Some noise at night, just use ear plugs. Two cute balconies and full kitchen/living room. Great hotel alternative when you are traveling with teenagers! Loved having the extra space to relax between site-seeing. So happy they had blow dryers! Easy to find and the owner gave very detailed instructions. Highly recommend."

"We enjoyed immensely our stay at the Sandymount Hotel which is a wonderful family run hotel near the picturesque village of Ballinbridge which has an array of restaurants, artisan bakery, a couple of bars and a village green. Sandymount is situated within a quiet leafy suburb. The rooms are very clean with all the facilities you need. One caveat would be that the rooms are quite warm in temperature. Too warm. The staff are all polite, friendly and respectful at all times. Lovely bar & beautiful breakfast buffet available to guests & seating at the front & rear of the hotels. "
