"I have travelled the world extensively for over 6 decades and have very rarely come across such an incredibly good value for money place as this hotel and one where the staff are happy to accommodate your requests and do so with a smile. There is an included breakfast (7am to 10am), afternoon tea (3pm to 5pm) and dinner (6pm to 8pm). This is a full of character place which is extremely well located. Tram 4 drops you right at its doorstep. "

"We had a great time at Noli, the room was spacious, great view of the harbour and had all the amenities we needed including dishwasher and washing machine. Location is great, right by the market square. Staff were really helpful and there is also luggage storage with locks. "

"Very good hotel well placed (currently refurbishing the local tramlines, so likely to improve soon). Really friendly and helpful staff in all depts, excellent breakfast, spacious bedrooms. Very minor points, room curtains hard to draw, sink needed new plug, no complimentary water bottles in room but good quality tap water available. Stayed for 5 nights. Not considered an economy hotel, but felt the price for B&B, sea view, with King Size bed and bath as well as shower was good value for money in what is generally an expensive city. Would recommend soap/shampoo holders in bath were lowered to facilt less able clients. Quite close (walking or bus to old city centre and railway station). "

"The hotel is just beautiful. Every single detail was thought about from the fireplace, decor and the iPads in each room that control everything. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a gorgeous bathroom and could not have been happier. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the center and we loved the location. "
