"Great location to railway station and public transport. Easy to catch trams into Marktplatz etc. Safe area. Good variety of breakfast. Staff are helpful. Rooms clean and comfy. Our double or twin rooms are small, bathroom a good size. Bathroom has the all in one wash liquid soap/hair Shampoo. Lovely lounge reception area, cosy."

"Amazing location at the heart of Baden Baden. Old fashioned but nice hotel fitted in well with the rest of the town. Disappointed that there weren’t many guests in mid-summer and that the bar and breakfast were empty. Concierge friendly but didn’t have as much local Knowledge as would have hoped."

"Zuerst möchte ich sagen, dass die Mitarbeiter wirklich super nett waren. Sie hatten immer ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht. Wir waren insgesamt eine Woche Gäste in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Lage ist sehr zentral. Wenn ich wieder nach Karlsruhe kommen sollte, würde ich definitiv wieder hier übernachten."

"Myself and 3 friends were on a motorbike tour from the UK to Austria and this was our second stop after crossing the channel. We were greeted pleasantly and we asked if we could park our bikes outside the front of reception which was refused. We were offered underground garage parking at 19 euros. Thankfully we were only charged for 1 space as all 4 bikes fitted in, just! The rooms were nicely appointed, very clean so all good. Unfortunately, for reasons unknown all of the plug sockets were fitted with blanking plates which meant I was unable to charge my electrical items, phone, etc. Breakfast was priced at 19 euros per person so we declined that and found something far more reasonable. Rastrat itself is a small town and there are a couple of nice reasonably priced restaurants just a few minutes stroll away. I secured 3 comfort rooms all with double beds for less than 60 euros per night so very satisfied with the overall stay just a bit disappointed at having to pay for parking and breakfast costs. All said, if I was passing that way in the future I would stay here again."

"This is not a hotel... it's more like a weekly or monthly residence. Beautifully situated, clean and big sized room/kitchen. BUT -- there is no one on site or even on the phone. Registering is done all online. We had trouble with our door code and a resident had to help us. And one of the nights -- we almost got locked out of our room from the completely the keyless entry. Great place for a family stay."

The entire property was exceptionally clean, and the accommodations were highly comfortable, ensuring a very pleasant and restful night. While it operates differently than a conventional commercial hotel, it provides fantastic, functional accommodations that offer great value for money. All in all, it was a seamless and very nice stay. We will definitely visit again when traveling through the area. Highly recommended."

"The room was spotless!! The staff were really friendly and helpful. They made us feel really welcome especially more so as we were travelling with our 8 month old baby. The swimming pool and spa were amazing and open late so you are able to go whenever best fits around your itinerary."
