Holiday Villa With Swimming Pool In Arezzo.

"Villa Carda surpassed our expectations in every way! The pictures are beautiful, but it is is hard to capture the full scope of it's beauty and serenity in pictures. We stayed for two weeks in June. We relaxed into our Italian countryside rhythm varying easy lounging days with adventurous days exploring Tuscany as well as Rome and Florence. Andrea was such a gracious and attentive host. Francesca and Elena are absolutely lovely. They cooked for us as well as taught us how to cook pasta- unforgettable and a must do! This was a vacation full of joy, connection, peace, and a much needed respite. We have already booked another stay!"

"We had a life-changing experience at the villa with a group of 13. We had 4 small kids under 5 and we are food and wine loving adults. This property checked every single box - the kids had the time of their lives. We went to local wineries and pizzerias. We could walk to store for quick groceries. It will be a week we will never forget. Alessio answered any question we had and we also hired a local chef Linda who cooked for our group a few nights - also incredible and life changing. The view is incomparable from the pool - the castle shining at night. It was magical. Don’t hesitate to book this if you are looking for this type of vibe. A real escape from busy life to relax and be with family, with still many activities around."

"The Franciscan Order nuns are a delight. We enjoyed their beautiful singing at the evening worship service before dinner. The bathroom for our room was small and a wet room, so we had to wipe everything dry, after taking a shower. The beds were comfortable and the overall setting was very peaceful."

"Der Garten und der Pool sind wirklich perfekt für eine große Gruppe! Im Innenhof zwischen den beiden Gebäuden kann man sehr schön essen. Das einzige was es bisschen zu kritisieren gibt ist bisschen die Sauberheit, z.B waren einige Duschhandtücher dreckig und die Zimmer haben zum Teil nicht komplett sauber. Außerdem könnte man an manchen Stellen, z.B Grill ein bisschen mehr bieten für 18 Leute.Insgesamt aber eine coole Unterkunft für eine große Gruppe."

"Incredible place with lovely hosts! This very secluded villa has everything you need to disconnect! We stayed 4 weeks in the house and enjoyed every minute of it. Swimming in the pool next to the house or the nearby natural pool, making pizza in the oven next to the house or sitting by the fire enjoying the amazing views. This place is simply amazing. Also, the host family was so lovely and helpful with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend the place and will come back here for sure!"

"The villa was perfect with stunning views. The outdoor A¡rea IS great to relax and have a great bbq day by the pool. The location IS just perfect to visit the main cities of the toscana like Arezzo, Siena, Firenze and small village near by. The host Novella was very helpfull with some restaurante tAos and recomendation. Defo we Will come back."

"We enjoyed our stay here with two children. The host is on hand to help and give advice about places to visit. She noticed we had booked an apartment without a kitchen and gave me the option to swap which we appreciated. We didn't have air conditioning but with the amazing old buildings, built with thick stone walls, we only felt we needed it when the temperature reached over 35 degrees. Again the host allowed us to swap rooms. The place is near a main road which we got used to after the first day or so and is very convenient if you want to get around to visit the area. Arezzo is beautiful, not busy, and very easy to visit. We enjoyed siting on the terrace and playing table football. The pool was never busy, we often had it to ourselves and it is beautiful, deep and with pleasant shade in the afternoons. You can walk to a couple of restaurants and a train station easily but need a car to get to the supermarket (although it is only 2 minutes away)."

"Wonderful house in a beautiful location, with fantastic grounds and pool with views looking out over the hills. Superb service at check in and out. A great base to explore from but equally lovely to stay and relax in the house and grounds. Would thoroughly recommend. "
