"We had a clean room with a beautiful view of the Poppi castle and Tuscany landscape. The concierge recommended some incredible restaurants during our visit which were so good! The breakfast was basic but still good, and parking was readily available. Highly recommend! "

Holiday Villa With Swimming Pool In Arezzo.

"Villa Carda was an amazing experience... We will very happily return one day soon. The host, Andrea, was attentive in every way possible; his ability to communicate is brilliant. Our week at the villa was exceptional... the heated pool, hot tub, steam room and outdoor games, table tennis, indoor facilities and well-furnished kitchen... I can't begin to say how much we enjoyed all the amenities that were provided. The views of the valley and mountains, the sunrises and sunsets, the amazing number of birdsongs - it was all spectacular! We thoroughly appreciated the proximity to the towns not far away and the opportunities to experience different cultures, friendliness from everyone we met, wonderful restaurants and cafés, and interesting sites.A highlight were the two dinners prepared by Andrea's wife, Francesca, finding them delicious and fun in every possible way. This experience of eating excellent meals at the villa, surrounded by beautiful views, will always be a favorite memory. We cannot speak highly enough of these events. We are very excited at the prospect of returning.Many thanks to Andrea and Francesca for a perfect week!"

"Die Villa ist wie auf der Website und durch die Bildern beschrieben. Die Stadtgebieten ist sehr freundlich und war während unseres Aufenthalts stets super erreichbar. Der Zustand ist gepflegt, wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar zwei Geschirrspüler. Der Gemeinschaftsraum (Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer) ist ein eigenes Gebäude, sodass man Schlafende nicht weckt. Der Raum ist sehr hell. Lediglich die Betten ist weich und quitschen sehr. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!"

B&B Villa La Nussa

"We enjoyed our stay here with two children. The host is on hand to help and give advice about places to visit. She noticed we had booked an apartment without a kitchen and gave me the option to swap which we appreciated. We didn't have air conditioning but with the amazing old buildings, built with thick stone walls, we only felt we needed it when the temperature reached over 35 degrees. Again the host allowed us to swap rooms. The place is near a main road which we got used to after the first day or so and is very convenient if you want to get around to visit the area. Arezzo is beautiful, not busy, and very easy to visit. We enjoyed siting on the terrace and playing table football. The pool was never busy, we often had it to ourselves and it is beautiful, deep and with pleasant shade in the afternoons. You can walk to a couple of restaurants and a train station easily but need a car to get to the supermarket (although it is only 2 minutes away)."

"The house is lovely and the grounds are superb. We enjoyed the fire pit, the patio area down by the pool, and the welcoming feel of the whole place. We did most of our cooking in the downstairs kitchen, which could use a few more well-placed electrical outlets. The bathrooms are spacious and towels are provided. Ivo and Novella (siblings) are lovely people and super friendly and helpful. The pool was well kept and swimming was lovely. Be aware of the occasional scorpion! They're small enough not to hurt you, but don't be shocked when you see one! We escorted three outside, but they didn't seem to mind.The nights are peaceful and you can hear the owls and the crickets. There's no AC, and we slept with the windows closed because of mosquitos, but it was fine.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay -- we were a party of nine and the house suited us perfectly. Highly recommended for a group of friends or for a family (or two). Such a treat. Grazie mille Ivo and Novella! Ciao!"

"Wonderful house in a beautiful location, with fantastic grounds and pool with views looking out over the hills. Superb service at check in and out. A great base to explore from but equally lovely to stay and relax in the house and grounds. Would thoroughly recommend. "

"This property is breathtaking! Niccolo was an excellent host. He has a thought of everything, I mean everything, to make your vacation excellent. The Villa was so clean and spacious. We had 13 people there. There were places to gather or to have some private time. It is the perfect place to be whether you want to relax by the pool or take a drive to a village and explore. We decided to have the dinner one night. It was delicious and beautiful served. Niccolo, his mother and his wife went out of their way to make our trip, a trip of a lifetime. "
