"Great villa for amazing sea views was totally accessible we had two wheelchair users so after a couple of steps to front door the villa was flat with 4 bedrooms on ground floor. all amenities and facilities you need were provided. Lovely villa and very relaxing for our family. We enjoyed it immensely."

"A group of 7 of us (aged 26-27) stayed here for a week. It was perfect for us. Lovely pool and outside eating area where we spent our time at home. Had lovely meals at an Argentinian restaurant down the road (very good steak!) and at Esmarelda’s which was a short drive or a 40ish minute walk. Hay opcion de hacer actividades para los adolescentes (buceo con bombona, tuna turn, cayack, snorkel.....) aguas transparentes y calientes. "La sejour dans cettee villa s 'est très bine passé, elle est plutot bien située, proche d un super marché et pas loin d un city stade et air de jeu pour enfant. Le coin est plutôt calme ( hors saison ). La mer est à 5 minutes en voitures avec plusieurs plages de disponibles . nous avons bien profité du barbecue et un petit peu de la piscine qui est tres fraiche au mois d avril. "All as advertised. Extremely well equipped and lovely setting. We were there in August and it was very hot at night but fans were provided. Short walk to the beach so we didn’t use the pool (it was busy the couple of times we went) but it looked nice. The outside furniture was lovely and it is a very relaxing place to be."

"The photos are totally misleading. Once the reservation is made, you must pay for towels and sheets, information that is not on the reservation website. The quality of the sheets is very low, the cushions do not even cover the pillows. The beds are very small The kitchen furniture is full of damage. If you manage to open the drawers then they don't close. The treatment with the staff of the agency very unfriendly. In general very low quality."

"Beautiful property as shown in pictures. JORDI was super easy to connect with. Neither the pool nor hot tub is heated, which probably isn’t an issue when the weather co-operates but made it unusable for us. Quiet neighborhood, you definitely need a car but it is very central for exploring the area. The beaches around this area are beautiful. I would recommend this property to anyone."

"This is a beautiful property. The interior is kept very nicely and is a very good size. It has two good size bathrooms and the bedrooms are excellent. The outside area is also spacious with a nice barbecue and a lovely swimming pool. It is easy to get to in a small area which has good access to shops, the main road and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again."

"Samia was the perfect host - keeping in communication if needed. The location of the villa is perfect - 2 minutes walk to Calafat cove beach. I would highly recommend hiring a car or bringing your own vehicle as the local trains are hit and miss. It is possible to walk to the local town for shops but for a big group it is easier to load shopping in to a car. The villa had great amenities for children - including paddleboard and table tennis. The villa is stunning and set in a really quiet area of El Perello, but is only a few minutes’ walk to the stunning beach. There are shops and restaurants only a few minutes’ drive away in L'Ampollo with bigger supermarket and more restaurants a little further in L'Ametlla de Mar (circa 20 mins drive) so you can get all you need, or you can simply relax in the villa in absolute silence. "My friends and I went to this property (7 people) in June 2019. We arrived quite early to the house (16:00) and check in was at 17:00 so we waited our contact in the area to come. At 17:00 she didn't came, nor at 18:00 or 19:00. We tried calling her but due to an error, we ended up with a Spanish number with 8 digits, instead of 9 (a number with less than 9 numbers in Spain doesn't exist). "It was not easy to find office to get keys and the place was not to bad but needed a lot of work the sink in kitchen is not in good working condition and the toilet seat in bathroom in main building is broken and water issues on outside that the washer and second bathroom broke down on us it was not"
