The perfect get-away

Great hotel with excellent customer service. Lovely lobby area with superb design. Tasty breakfast is served next door at Restaurant Kuparipaja. Great location in the Fiskars Village, the most beautiful little village near Helsinki.

Nice location but feels like a hostel

The hotel is located very centrally in Fiskars, but most of the rooms are located in a separate building across the street and breakfast is in a third building. The room was comfortable but very poor light in the desk (where you would apply your make-up).

Olisin kaivannut munakasta. Muuten hyvä aamupala. Huoneessa oli erittäin huono valaistus lukemisen kannalta, eikä ollut televisiota? Muuten kiva huone. Hyvä sänky, jossa pussilakanat tosin peitoissa väärinpäin. Oikea puoli olisi ollut sileämpi.

Pienet isot asiat

Huoneisiin lisärakennuksessa oli innostuttu valitsemaan tumma sävy seiniin ja kattoon. Ihan kiva, mutta silloin olisi valaistukseen pitänyt kyllä panostaa myös tehoa. Hämäryys ei kaikissa tilanteissa ole mukavuutta.. Kuulemma asiaa ollaan korjaamassa, tämän kuulimme. Hotellilla ei ole omaa ravintolaa ja se tuntuu kyllä olevan melkoinen haaste tason säilyttämiseksi. Takana oleva sopimuskumppaniravintola osasi kyllä aamiaisen tasolla ikävästi osoittaa, mihin säästämisvimma johtaa :( Tason kontrasti oli harmillisen suuri ja hotelli ehdottomasti ansaitsisi parempaa. Ennen poislähtöä nahistuneet salaatit jättävät ikävän maun koko vierailusta.. Upeasti ja isolla rahalla remontoidut tilat, hyvät edellytykset!

Kahden yön yöpyminen puolison kanssa idyllisessä Fiskarsissa, jossa hotelli on keskeisellä paikalla. Kaunis rakennus. Henkilökunta ystävällinen, tunnelmalliset yleiset tilat, joissa istua iltaa. Huone aika pieni, mutta siisti ja toimiva. Pelkistetty sisustus. Hyvä sänky. Aamupala viereisessä rakennuksessa.

Hotelli kosken kohinassa

Loistavassa ympäristössä vanhan rakennukseen rakennettu hotelli. Melko hinnakas, mikä hämmästytti palvelun tasossa: ei mitenkään erikoinen huone, aamupala korkeintaan keskitasoa, huoneessa ei muuta kuin sänky, tuoli ja pöytä, naulakko ja kylpyhuone. Ei televisiota huoneessa, eikä myöskään yhteisissä tiloissa. Yövyimme kaksi yötä, mutta huonetta ei siivottu välillä, eikä esim. kosteita pyyhkeitä vaihdettu kuiviin.
