"ETM is the worst operator of all i have encountered, they put a contact number where you will have no chance at all being picked up. You can try getting it thru but the owner will tell you nonsense and block your number afterward to stop you calling them. They won’t have you a room until the very last day 1-2hours before your arrival and it is not guaranteed till you complain to Expedia and Expedia have totally no control of the payment. Ie.
