"My son and I were delighted to return to your hotel after looking forward to the trip for months. I could not believe that when we walked into reception, Marvel immediately recognized us! In that moment, I truly felt like I was home. Even though our stay unexpectedly coincided with the start of the regional conflict, your staff remained calm, professional, and kind throughout. While there were moments of uncertainty, the combination of Hilton’s hospitality and the UAE’s protection created a real sense of safety and comfort for us during a frightening time. Lava at reception was incredibly helpful and reassuring as circumstances constantly changed. Grace in the restaurant was truly an angel — checking on me when I was sick and always offering a smile and kind words during stressful moments. Subin also remembered my son and me immediately, and he was wonderful throughout our stay. My son thinks he is awesome! We would also like to thank Ganjaji for helping make our stay memorable. Please also thank management for keeping things calm and organized, especially while assisting guests extending stays and showing passports. We especially appreciated the extra hospitality staff who patiently guided guests during long lines and stressful moments. We left deeply grateful for your staff, your beautiful resort, and the hospitality of the UAE. We truly hope to return again very soon. Thank you again for everything. Your kindness meant so much to us."

"Unfortunately I found a cockroach as I was going to the bathroom in the middle of the night which I guess happens in the middle of the desert but when we checked out I showed a picture of it to the person introducing himself as one of the managers, all I got was Thank you for Letting us know. No apologies at all. Luckily it was me seeing the suite’s pet and not my wife. The place is not like any other Ritz-Carlton we have stayed at. We have stayed over 50 nights in the Ritz in the past 4 years in 3 different countries. It is run down and in desperate need of renovation."
