"It's a bit of an up-hill trek to this hotel, but totally worth the effort. This historic property sits at the base of the Matterhorn, which we could see from our balcony. It was lovely. The property is very charming, but the staff at the desk was less so. And the beds were quite hard. However, I would still highly recommend this hotel."

We have travelled ftom Andalusia and all through Switzerland and this was the most comfortable. The breakfast was second to none....sooooooo much to choose from. Only one issue was a smell coming from the shower drain. Oh well!!!"

"What a place! Unbelievable from start to finish. Christoph and Elizabeth were wonderful hosts and always went the extra mile. The hotel itself is perfect. Everywhere is spotless. Then the views!!! I could have sat from my balcony and looked at the views for days. The food was brilliant also! The nicest place I have ever stayed. I can’t wait to go back. "
