"The restaurant was good but Susi our waitress was outstanding, she was friendly, nice and courteous but her attentiveness was awesome it seems like she knew when we would be in need of something. She was definitely missed on her day off. It was mentioned by several of my associates. She is s the kind of person every employer looks for. "

"The food at this hotel is delicious, only issue is that I couldn’t download the menu and when I walked over to reception, the receptionist wasn’t much help, in spite of my Spanish being perfect. The WiFi was glitchy and slow. However, I was able to place a pool service order directly with the restaurant and everything after was perfect. The waiters and employees were very friendly and helpful. My children loved the pool and arrachera nachos that were absolutely delicious. Will definitely stay at Memora again"
