"We had to call the guy when we arrived at the hotel and had to wait 15 minutes for him to arrive, we then came into the hotelroom which was freezing and called the guy again to tell that the heater doesn't work which he said he would fix. We then came home late hoping for at warm room, which was not the case and has to fall asleep with all our clothes on under 3 blankets as we froze all night. "

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was worried about my first visit to Vienna, but I had a fulfilling time. Thank you very much."

"Great location, excellent rooms and amenities. Front desk staff were very helpful, with a special mention of Kimberly who addressed all our requests and answered all the questions. The only disappointment was the housekeeping staff who could have done their job better."
