We arrived later. Were able to get our key only due to another person who came and helped - a little stressful but the stay wasok. Nice shower. Could use extra pillows.

We couldn't even check in: the automated system found our booking but said "Sorry your room isn't available". But we'd already paid + booked and gotten confirmation. It was about 10pm, and there was nobody at the property to talk to. Luckily a neighbor walking past knew the owner's phone number, and called him. He answered and was very friendly but said he wasn't nearby, and gave us the phone number of someone named "Jacqueline" who was supposed to be nearby and could help... but nobody answer at that number. After an hour of trying, we gave up and went elsewhere. I would give one star except I'll give the owner credit for answering his phone and trying to help from afar. I've asked for a refund but it's now been 24h and no response. I may come back and give it 1 star if that doesn't change soon.

Rooms were newly remodeled with plenty of outlets, clean and well equipped. We arrived late and the kiosk check in was a bit cumbersome. But it all worked well.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll und sauber eingerichtet. Das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch ist man schneller in Bern als wenn man in Bern wohnt und durch die Stadt fahren muss. Eine sehr positive Erfahrung, ich werde gerne wieder dorthin gehen.
