"I don’t like nightshift staff; they are rude and checked me in with an unclean room . It was a really bad experience when I was checking in."

"Toilet in room didnt work. It took them hours to get us into our room, only 1 elevator was working. Some staff was nice, some werent. Breakfast was a rip off and several people didnt even pay for it and the staff didnt care, as well it wasnt worth the cost. Overall it was a terrible hotel and we felt we were going to be robbed outside. One young man was casing us as if he was going to rob us while we were trying to hitch our trailer back up, no security guards around at all. Never will go...

"There were termites or ants on night stands next to bed. They covered my water bottles and whatever else you put on the table. So, I was not able to use night stand. There was also a big cockroach in the room. I only seen one in my 4 night stay. The room was next to trees and I know insects are bad over summer so happy not to see any more. The room was clean and bed slept very well."

"My first room was so awful I didn’t sleep the first night. There were stains on the pillow cases, a ball of hair next to the tub, hair in the hand towel, my shoes stuck to the bathroom floor and there was a pair of dried up contact lenses on the night-stand. After complaining, I was given a new room. While the linens appeared to be cleaner, I didn’t feel comfortable and purchased my own pillowcases and a blanket at Target.
