Beautiful Custom Timber Frame Cabin in beautiful Spring Creek Canyon!

The Spring Creek Canyon Cabin #3 is nestled in a serene area with stunning views of Spring Creek Canyon yet conveniently located close to Rapid City and popular local attractions. The cabin is 10 minutes from downtown Rapid City, 15 minutes from Mount Rushmore, and 40 min from Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, and the northern hills attractions. There is an abundance of wildlife that roam the area to include Big Horn Sheep, Wild Turkeys, and Deer. There truly is no place like Spring Canyon in the Black Hills that offers the conveniences of town a short distance away!

Spring Creek Canyon Cabin #3 was built in 2015. The cabins are 1200 Sq Ft. and built with local Black Hills Timbers. The cabin will also have a custom stone wood burning fireplace - with the stones coming right from Spring Canyon! Each cabin will have a large deck with hot tub and grill.

The cabins are rustic with all modern conveniences! There will be nothing like it in the Black Hills! Book Today!

SD Trip

We couldn't have been happier with this property and the overall experience we had here. The management was amazing as well as the setup at the property, never have we stayed anywhere that has so many things setup for us before we got there. Great cabin and location

Cabin was well appointed and location was close to town and attractions while still being secluded. Loved the wildlife, saw turkey and deer. Host helped with questions before and during our stay. Lovely cabin and experience.

This cabin was perfect for our family of four. The layout was great for spending time together. The bathroom setup was also great with the toilet and shower in separate rooms... and each bedroom haning a vanity and sink. The deck was perfect for watching wildlife and storms!

Cabin nestled in secluded neighborhood!

Beautiful cabin nestled in a quiet valley surrounded by wildlife! Enjoyed sitting out on the deck every morning and evening with the fire going and watching the wildlife all around. Cabin was very clean and well equipped with daily essentials. Shower was phenomenal!! Great location for a family getaway! Will most definitely book again with Jessica for our next trip out!

Absolute perfection

My husband and I LOVED this property and plan to stay again in the near future. 1). So many animals right on the property…turkeys ( one day 19 went in a long line across the back yard) Big Horn sheep…beautiful, deer galore … does , bucks, babies 2) spacious, room, eclectic things to read on the walls, nice furniture, all kitchen items needed and CLEAN 3)comfortable porch with a perfect CLEAN hot tub. 4) close to everything. We love the Mt Rushmore area and come often…. From now on, this is where we are staying!!!!!

Perfect home base

The spring creek canyon property was the perfect home base for our Black Hills adventure. It's centrally located and close to everything. The house was beautifully designed and decorated and we especially loved our morning visit with the Big Horn Sheep. Thank you Jessica for sharing your home with me and my family. We'll be back!!

Beautiful Cabin

My family spent 5 days at this beautiful cabin. It was off the beaten path but not too far. It slept all 5 of us comfortably. Wildlife was everywhere including; Bighorn sheep, deer, turkey and more! The cabin was really nice! It was well set up with everything a family would need. We absolutely loved how it was decorated. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who loves nature and needs a great location to Custer/Rushmore area. We will stay again!

This cabin is adorable. It’s tastefully decorated. It’s well stocked with essentials you may forget or run out of (foil, salt&pepper, tissues, soap, etc). The owners are kind and very easy to communicate with. We didn’t have any problems, but Jess was so kind to communicate about weather and wildlife throughout our stay. The check in/out was easy peasy! I would highly recommend!!

Black Hills Adventure

We had a wonderful week in the Black Hills. The cabin was situated perfectly for all of our adventures including being within 1 hour of Custer State Park, Jewel and Wind Cave, and Mt. Rushmore. The house had everything we needed for our family of 5 including 2 teenagers and our school aged daughter. We were able to cookout each night for dinner and then unwind in the hot tub. Our favorite part of staying here were the friendly animal friends including big horn sheep and deer. Our kids loved staying here so much they are hoping to return in winter.

Woke daily to deer, mountain sheep and wild turkeys. Cabin cozy, unique with modern lighting/appliances among the vintage décor (which was awesome). Nicely supplied with towels, coffee, hygiene supplies, etc. Beds comfy, but only double size (not Q or K). Only one bathroom, but sinks in the bedrooms and separate shower/laundry room. Shower awesome!
