Rooms are very small and the bed is so close to the door that you can hear all the people walking in the hallways and doors opening and closing the rooms are very outdated

Affordable, clean and felt new. Nice free breakfast was a bonus. Especially enjoyed the very cup, freshly ground coffee with the breakfast.

We stayed at the hotel on our way to visit our daughter in Knoxville. It's only about 15-20 minutes from Lexington which is very charming. I am not sure there is much to do right in Raphine but close to many other places to visit.
Children and grandchildren live there
Not much there. Proximity to Blue Ridge Parkway was my main selection criterion for the property. Frank's Italian Restaurant on Rt. 11 was the only dining option nearby other than fast food, and it was surprisingly good.
One drinking establishment and one liquor store in town.
