"Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Der Ausblick auf Rapallo ist grandios. Der Olivenhain rund ums Haus gleicht einem botanischen Garten. Pflanzen-Interessierten geht das Herz auf. Alleine der Aufstieg zum Haus ist sehr anstrengend und daher nur was für fitte Leute! Gepäck und Einkäufe können glücklicherweise mit einer Seilbahn nach oben...

"The place was very comfortable, even for a large group. The outdoor patio had several seating areas, which i enjoyed. We were glad to find it was near a Tossini focacceria and a Carefour market. It was a great base for exploring all around Liguria!"

"We stayed with a group from age 3 to 78. The property was huge and beautiful to explore, the pool was cleaned daily, and patios were perfect for dinners. The 2BR poolhouse was perfect for the family with toddlers. We had a perfect view of 3 nights of fireworks for Signora di Montellegro. We did hear the noise from the firing range nearby, but it wasn't that loud and didn't bother anyone in our group. We spent most of the time at the house, and it was the perfect space to eat and play together as...

"The house is lovely. It's nice and big and we could spread out. The Property manager made sure we had everything we needed. But there are some drawbacks. The bathrooms don't have regular showers. Four of the five bathrooms have handheld showers in a bathtub which is a little difficult for Americans who are not used to it. The lighting in the kitchen is very poor and we like to cook. The utensils and pots and pans were also not great, and made it difficult to cook."

"Gorgeous hilltop villa. It’s a rustic beauty that sets your pace for inspirational exploration of the nearby towns, harbors, grottos, restaurants, artisanal markets and hills. Get ready to hear the daily church bells that gently wake you each morning along with a rooster crow. Don’t be intimidated by the staircase that leads to town. Lots of steps but lots of beauty along the way. My advice is that you definitely need to be ready for lots of walking. Getting a taxi back up is no problem but...

"We really enjoy this property, this is the second year in a row that our grouo our friends stays at the villa for a long weekend. Although comfortable, clean and with a agreat view, lawn space and pool, was a bit disappointed to see that some of the amenities that were broken last year were still broken this year. A few things to point out - some of the lawn furniture is very rusted and needs to be replaced. One of us fell through the same chair that we fell through last year. - the pool...

A 15 minute walk in either direction will find you in Santa Margarita, or Rapallo, both are charming cities with lots of great food options, and beautiful Italian streets to explore.
