Posto stupendo, vista mozzafiato, Grande terrazza vivibile Spettacolare, casa arredata con gusto. Zona esterna in comune dove abbiamo trascorso stupende serate tra barbecue e pizzate con forno a legna seguiti da bagni in piscina. Fanno da cornice il verde dei pini marittimi secolari, i fiori vari e L azzurro del mare. Prezzo ottimo. Dopo accurata ricerca ritengo che sia una casa più unica che rara per la posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare, le dimensioni della casa e la condivisone della piscina con una sola famiglia. Strutture molto più Lontane dal mare con spazi condivisi tra più residenze hanno di solito prezzi più elevati di questa. Gentilissime anche le signore che gestiscono L accoglienza e la consegna delle chiavi. Se proprio devo fare un appunto. Un po’ di manutenzione non guasterebbe . Qualche mancanza c e’..Ad esempio la nostra terrazza Era davvero molto sporca e ho passato il primo giorno a lavarla con scarsi risultati. Tuttavia per quella cifra e posizione ho chiuso un occhio, anzi due su ciò che non andava. e la riprenderei tutta la vita. Shared outdoor area where we spent wonderful evenings between barbecues and pizza with a wood oven followed by swimming in the pool. The green of the centuries-old maritime pines, the various flowers and the blue of the sea are the setting. Great price. After careful research I believe that it is a more unique than rare house due to the location just a few minutes walk from the sea, the size of the house and the sharing of the pool with one family. Properties much further away from the sea with shared spaces between multiple residences usually have higher prices than this. The ladies who manage the reception and delivery of the keys are also very kind. If I really have to make a note, a little maintenance wouldn't hurt. There are some shortcomings. For example, our terrace was really very dirty and I spent the first day washing it with poor results. However, for that figure and position I turned a blind eye, or rather two, to what was wrong. and I would go back to it all my life
