"From the outside, honestly, I had my doubts as to why this hotel rated as well as it did. However, once you step through the doors, the lackluster exterior is forgotten. Inside, it's just like any other budget hotel chain, clean, welcoming and simple. The staff was really friendly and made check-in a breeze. My room was huge, it had a walk-in closet and a separate kitchen area, no kidding!

"Love having a suite with separate bedroom and living/kitchen area! Needs a remodeling (stained hallway carpets) and especially a plumbing update (leaking shower in swimming pool area, that caused the wall to be soaked; the bedroom shower faucet has a tiny leak). Breakfast is average but adequate. Very clean bedroom and facilities and the swimming pool is very clean! Management is very responsive when we asked for replacement of microwave and housekeeping requests. I will stay again as the price...
"This is a lovely Victorian house filled with Victorian decor. Our bedroom was quaint and the bed very cozy. The gardens surrounding the house are lovely and the porch is a wonderful place to sit and relax.
My only complaint is the breakfast. I expect bed-and-breakfast accommodations to offer proper home-cooked breakfast.
Unfortunately this B&B offered no home cooked fresh food items. Everything is processed and wrapped in plastic including the coffee which are coffee pods and it didn’t seem...
