"Returned from full day of sightseeing, FOB didn’t work (10:30 PM). No one answered call via call button. Thankfully, fellow guest let me in. WiFi is complete rubbish in common areas. Groceries were discarded prior to my departure (staff gave me complimentary salad-yum!). No electrical outlets/USB by beds. And, yes beds are RIGHT next to each other-bit weird. Pros? "Check in was easy. Take the elevator to the 6th floor & you will be in the lobby. This goes for if you enter in the parking garage or from an Uber/taxi. Breakfast was very good and many options. Great bar , a there was a really nice terrace to eat on or have drinks. Staff was so nice & helpful there was a very large grocery store in the mall area which had lots of premade food & you could grab water & drinks for the room. Would definitely stay again. Location is great, you can easily get into Basel."
