The Carpentry Hotel

"This was our second stay at the Carpentry and once again, it did NOT disappoint! The hotel is beautiful and the room is super clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel is within walking distance of the Oakwood Cafe (great breakfast), Cherokee Brewing and Pizza (excellent and many other restaurants and gift shops. The only thing we don't like about the Carpentry is that the rooms don't have microwaves. However, amenities do include a coffee maker, complimentary water and a refrigerator."

"Everything seemed to be fine except for the cover sheet on the bed. It smelt like body odor in one place and didn't care too much for just cleaning every 2 to 3 days. Maybe that's why the body odor was on the cover sheet on the bed other than that, everything was fine."

"Our family enjoyed the peaceful and scenic views of this cabin in the mountains! The inside was very cozy and clean. The screened porch area was a nice retreat and place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal at the table. Linens were crisp and clean with super soft towels that smelled so good. The kids loved the foosball table- and there were games as well that we didn’t get to in our short stay. The host was fast to reply to any questions and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We drove a mini-van with low clearance (and packed!) and found having everyone get out before the driver entered the driveway helped with the incline. We were visiting family in Chatsworth, about a 30 minute drive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
