" This was not at all what I expected. We got there and we couldn't check in but there was a bell there to ring that neither me or my daughter saw, a sign might be helpful. Sat in the car until one of the employees saw us. This place reminds me of a old time run down lake house. This would be a nice resort if fixed up, but I'm afraid its glory days are over. "Last-minute hotel booked for EAA AirVenture Oshkosh so it was a little far away but well worth it. Staff was extremely helpful every step of the way. The same guy helped us at night and the next morning so I wonder if he's there all the time but he was so nice and helpful. Got us a rollaway bed right away and let us have a little bit of extra time around checkout so the kids could enjoy the pool for a bit before we spend the day in the heat. Breakfast was delicious and lots of great options. Definitely recommend this property!"
