"Check room/bed amenities before leaving ours was in bad shape and not noticed until we returned"

"Very clean cottage with a great kitchen. There was an air fryer and coffee machine available. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and so were the pillows. Television and comfy sofa to chill on. Also a garden area. Not near the beach but 4 rides on the loop bus which was very frequent."

"Tv and light in our room didnt work decorating materials in reception. Room and bathroom clean, towels ancient and thin terrible breakfast"

"Found the room quiet and clean although it was pretty run down and very basic. Family room. Not enough towels or pillows for family or tea/coffee. Very basic but was a quick cheap stay."

"The staff were very helpful and the hotel was excellent"

"Ich kontrolliere das Zimmer immer zuerst auf Sauberkeit. Im 1. Zimmer war leider Bettwäsche mit Blutflecken aufgezogen, sodass ich das Zimmer wechseln musste. Both complimentary continental buffet breakfast and hot cooked breakfast of your choice was available. The location was in the centre of Sandwich, less than 5 minutes walk to the shops. The sea is a longer walk but there is no traditional seaside as such. However, Deal which is only 15 minutes drive is...

"Had a fantastic night's sleep! The owners were great & cooked a lively breakfast."

"I loved my stay at The Beetroot. Michael was really helpful, and lovely to meet; he also gave me an early check-in which was great. Sam who was doing work around the car park was also really nice and really helpful. The room itself was perfect - comfortable bed, great selection of teas and I loved the decor of the bathroom. The location was perfect, too - so close walking distance to everything: restaurants, cafes, the beach, and all the tourist attractions. I only wish I could have stayed...
