"I had to move rooms on the second day because of an electrical failure in the original room - I couldnt get in. I wasnt alerted to this until I came back to get ready for the concert I had booked and went up to my room. I then had to move to my alternative room two floors up and had to move all my belongings after having to pack myself and had to rush to unpack again and get to the show on time. I questioned the receptionist why hadnt I been contacted and was told as I had a'third party booking' they had no contact details. I found this very concerning - I and my friend had checked into two separate rooms as guests at the hotel and no details were on their system....very lax on security and worrying should an emergency have happened"

"A perfect bank holiday weekend! From first arriving and getting great help and advice on parking, throughout the weekend, extremely helpful and polite staff. Spa facilities were fantastic, really clean and a lovely set-up. Our room was probably the best hotel room we have ever had, we are definitely fans and now looking for our next mini break at one of their sister hotels. Thank you so much for making out weekend just what the doctor ordered!❤️"

"Room was nice and spacious. Bath and shower were nice too. Kettle, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuit provide. Hangers, hairdryer and safe. Staff were welcoming and friendly - highlight of the stay. The lobby and bar were nice too. The lobby also smelt beautiful! The only downside for me was that the fan kept coming on through the night even though I turned it off multiple times and it was so hot and the bed was rock solid which I found uncomfortable"
