"In the heart of Downtown (Centro) of Guayaquil, so may things are here and in walking distance, came by multiple times to drop off shopping. Place was spacious, had a mini fridge, a tv, as well as soap and shampoo. Was very comfortable, my only slight complaint is that the walls are pretty thin, you can hear the neighbors music and speaking, however, everything else was good and I'd stay here again in the future! I literally dropped a tiny sim card chip on the lobby floor and they joined me on hands and knees looking for it and had the entire staff available come help. Now that is what I call service. We have returned here a few times now because of the good experiences and fun pool for the kids. Thank you Radisson for all you do! "

"Only discovered the A/C button by accident after sweltering a good portion of the night. Breakfast served in restaurant adjoining hotel - scrambled eggs, 4 petit pains, jam, butter, coffee, juice. Everything was served fresh. Not the best breakfast as far as variety but sufficient to start the day."
