"Very spacious. Clean and well furnished. Large kitchen area and open plan lounge good sized bedrooms. Only down side no air conditioning. We had 34' centigrade for RockWerchter Saturday - we bought an electric fam and left it for future use. You are welcome! Thank you for a lovely stay. Staff were very accomodating and good communication before stay."

"The shower did not for 3 days and the property refused to fix or accommodate a room change. We also expected a self catering accommodation however we only had a microwave. "This is our fourth time staying at this property and we really enjoy it. It’s outside of Brussels but the hotel is always clean, comfortable, and the staff is friendly. It has games in lobby for our four year old son that he loves. Free parking and very good breakfast! The Air Conditioning works great, even in warmer months. Hope to stay here again in the future. "
