Traditional villa with pool in the hillsides, Saint-Tropez

La Bastide des Oliviers is a traditionally styled villa with locally natural dry stone and pine wood. The villa is in the calm olive grove hillsides, a 5 mins walk to the village of Ramatuelle. The main house opens up on to a stone terrace under a natural pergola - perfect for cool summer lunches and freshly baked bread breakfasts.

The private swimming pool, which is surrounded by the garden and the fruit trees, is heated for swimming comfortably between October and early May depending of the year temperature with a counter current for swimming and a child protection cover. A large umbrella and pool furniture beds allows guests to spend interminable days swimming and reading. A pool house is also useful.

The Garden will be maintained every week while the swimming pool every two days early in the morning during the hottest days of the year. A housekeeper is available if there is any need.

La Bastide des Oliviers' garden contains lemon, figs and mandarine, grapes and other fruit trees, which guests can collect when in season.

The main house sleeps 8 people. Air conditioning in every room of the main house. The master bedroom with a king size bed (1.80 bed) with full bathroom, 2 double rooms with one queen size bed each (1.60 bed) and a small room with 2 single beds is adjacent to the master bedroom.

A large kitchen/dining room and the adjoining living room make most of the bottom floor. The open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and contains a dining room table large enough to sit 15 people.

The cottage sleeps 4 people, it is next to the main house and have a double room with a king size bed (1.80m bed), a shower room, and a room with two single beds. A fully-functioning kitchen is also practical.

The last guest stay in a small cottage above the swimming pool in a single room with a 1.20m bed, a small fireplace, a shower and a toilet.

There is an adjoining cold/utility room for storing your wines and cheeses. Washing machine and dryer are available.

The living room contains a large beautiful fireplace which can warm any winter evening and is perfect for roasting chestnuts, easily collected in November. There is a flatscreen TV with a DVD player and streaming a Netflix streaming service. The bookshelves contain books of all interests in French. A Bose wifi speakers are in the main house.

WIFI internet (fiber) covers the main house the cottage and the swimming pool.
