"The best thing about the stay was Luana. She was helpful, knowledgeable and helpful. The heating unit did not heat the room sufficiently and the floors were way too cold. Rugs would have helped. We were not given a key to our room but a code instead and the door did not lock. One of the windows couldn't be closed. The mattress was old and saggy. Should not be listed on Expedia."
