They said they can’t find the confirmed booking and were made to wait at check in for more than 30 mins telling us there was no bookings. They showed the accommodation to our driver, but when he came back to sleep, that place was taken by someone else and after requesting, they arranged a bed but asked my driver to sleep without a blanket in the middle of night.
