"This is a good hotel that needs some plaster repairs and some serious improvement in their hours of service in their restaurant. Sometimes their restaurant was open for dinner, often not. Never for lunch. I believe that most of the time it was open for dinner was because a couple of kids sports teams were there and they were contracted to feed them. "An excellent hotel right in the centre. The valet parking service was a great help. The room was clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and very keen to offer help. Breakfast had a good range of fresh, quality food. I don’t think you are going to do better than this hotel in the centre of Marsala. Just be prepared for a bit of a drive around the town to find it the first time you arrive. The only thing I would suggest would be a few little pots of milk to go with the tea in the room."

"The hotel is the same as I visited it for the first time in 2013. Definitely it needs renovation but is still OK, at least for the price. The breakfast is only sandwiches and croissants from the cafe on the ground level. The staff still refuse to learn English :) "

"It's located in high rise type neighbourhood ,found it easily on the GPS ,not a great area,but a good apartment, shower was very small in our room, the rest of the apartment was good,baby sized TV, had trouble locating the manager , nothing much in English , not able to work out which apartment was the manager,, I told them of this problem,when I checked in, was basically told I had not paid enough, with hotel.com reservation,the wifi was not good in our room, we had to sit in the dark stairwell...

"Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Place was extremely clean and had perfect black out drapes on every window and door. Bed was hard, but they provided extra blankets we used as a nest. Location isn’t the most personally desirable but fine if you have a car for exploring Marsala. Kitchen is well stocked with things needed to prepare meals, but could use some staples like salt and oil. Unfortunately the WiFi didn’t really work and kicked us off and made us login an extraordinary amount of times."

"Very noisy from early morning to late into nite. Most suited to smaller children not much for teenagers. Wifi was a joke and multi codes extremely annoying. Beside the river so full of bugs at nite, bring plenty of bug spray. Pool was too busy to enjoy properly. Card charging system a nuisance. Staff were friendly but the place could do with re vamp."
