The Space:

The open-plan living room is the perfect central gathering space, flowing into a fully equipped kitchen with striking granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Share meals at the beautiful hardwood locally harvested dining table.
Our home comfortably accommodates your group with four thoughtfully designed bedrooms:
•King Bedroom: An en-suite retreat with French doors, a granite double vanity, and a luxurious spa-like river rock shower.
•Second Primary Bedroom: A family-friendly space with a full tub, a convenient changing table, and a gorgeous granite slab vanity.
•Two Queen Bedrooms: Two comfortable queen rooms, one with dedicated desk, share a hall bathroom featuring riverstone flooring in the shower, a glass enclosure, and a granite counter.
Step outside to relax on the vaulted front porch with its inviting up-lighting, or have fun with yard games in the private, fenced-in backyard. For your convenience, the home includes an in-unit washer and dryer.
Guest Access:
You will have exclusive and private access to the entire home. This includes all four bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, the front porch, and the fenced-in backyard.
Enjoy seamless self-check-in with a keypad on the front door, allowing you to arrive at your convenience any time after check-in. Free parking is available on the premises for your vehicles.
The Neighborhood:
Situated on the edge of Old North Durham, our home offers proximity to downtown in an urban, income diverse residential area. The house is 7/10ths of a mile from the DIY District including The Pit, Motorco, Geer St Garden, Fullsteam Brewery and Cocoa Cinnamon. It's also an easy trip to Duke, RTP, the downtown Farmer's Market, & many local (and delicious) restaurants/cafes & local bars/breweries. Need more space? Our home next door on Geer also serves as a Vacation Rental offers a gate connecting the two yards.
Getting Around:
The house is very easy to access and is a short drive to downtown, NC147, I85 and Durham's main thoroughfares. If you're taking a bus, there are many bus lines that should easily drop you off very close to our house. Lyfts and Ubers are abundant in the area as well.

We want to ensure you have a comfortable and entertaining stay. Please note the following:
•Single-Level Home: The entire home is on a single level, making it easily accessible for all guests.
•Streaming Apps: You are welcome to log into your own accounts for other streaming services like Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. Please remember to log out before you check out.
•Live TV: We have 'cut the cord' on traditional cable. For live TV, sports, and on-demand shows, we provide access to YouTubeTV.
