All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.

I did not realize the bedroom was upstairs and that posed a problem. There was no cable TV and the upstairs TV had not even been set up.
