1st Floor
Enter on the first floor into an open-concept floor plan where the living room, dining area, and kitchen flow seamlessly into each other. The living room features modern decor and a 65" Smart TV and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials - pots, pans, plates, cups, mugs, a waffle maker, Keurig, and more!

2nd Floor
This floor has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room with a large washer and dryer. Bedroom #2 features a super comfy queen bed, 43" Roku Smart TV, nightstands on both sides of the bed, and ample closet space. Bedroom #3 has 2 extra comfortable twin beds and a 43" Smart RokuTV as well. All guests can get cozy and stream their favorite shows before dozing off into a restful night of sleep!

3rd Floor
The Master suite occupies an entire floor of its own and features a massive bedroom equipped with a king-size bed, a dedicated workspace suited for remote work, a 55" 4K Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with standup shower, full-size tub, and dual vanities!

We spent the weekend in raleigh just for a short get away. This location is super convenient for really anywhere you want to go in the raleigh area. Space was clean and well equipped for our stay.

We stayed for the weekend when we came to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. She is a student at NCSU. Ray’s house is great and everything we needed was provided. It’s in a good location, convenient to everything in Raleigh.

Me and three of my girls did a girls trip..we did Raleigh..Ray's stay was one of the available ones. I am always skeptical when it is no or minimum reviews..BUT I BOOKED ANYWAY..and we were so glad that we did. Ray is hands down the best host..very attentive..fast responder and his place it ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! We had everything we needed at the place..He seriously thought about everything to wine glasses..Spice racks, waffle maker and pancake mix..snacks..etc. The beds were firm just like we like them. If I could 20 stars I would and will definitely stay here anytime I am in Raleigh. BOOK HIS PLACE! He also has a desk if you are looking to commute and work..I could say so much but I will say that we felt really safe, relaxed and had an awesome time!!
