"We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

"We spent 4 nights, 11 people including children. The house is amazing, had everything we needed. The pool was great fun and a highlight of our stay. Close to town for pubs and shops, as well as nature walks. A wonderful place to spend time with loved ones in a special location away from the hustle and bustle."

"My parents and I had a wonderful stay at 4 Priory Road, a beautifully renovated cottage in the middle of Chichester town. We were lucky enough to have some beautiful weather, so the garden came in handy too! The cottage truly felt like a home away from home - with everything we needed and more! Henry Adams was very responsive, and the owners of the cottage were there to meet us in person and show us around which was a lovely touch. Will definitely be back!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Cedar House! The accommodation was excellent, and we especially loved the pool and sauna facilities. The location was perfect—enjoying a walk to Bosham for sunsets and exploring beautiful coastal trails just a short drive away. Communication from the host was great, making the experience even smoother. We would definitely love to return!"

"Good and spacious house, with great communication from the owner. A couple of down sides though: not enough small spoons/forks and bedding provided for the numbers of guests, and the conservatory was way too cold to sleep, even with the heater on. But it would be fine during spring/summer."
