"Room was super clean, but very functional and spartan. Some staff was helpful, others indifferent. I wanted breakfast a little early as I had to catch a flight. At 7 am, the breakfast wasn’t even ready! The approach to the property is terrible. Road work is going on. So the management put up two single ramps to enter the property. Taxi driver refused to negotiate the ramps as they were in bad condition. So I had to carry my luggage up the ramp and negotiate steps! Not a good experience! When I mentioned this to the guy at the reception, he simply shrugged his shoulders."

"This was our first time in Banglore. Staff of the hotel is really good and professional. Good Service. Room was excellent and clean with really good fragrance smell and had all the good quality amenities. Highly recommend and will stay here again. Breakfast was amazing and service was great. "

"Very helpful man at reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was pleasant but actually ordered before and served in room. Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water. Airport transfer reasonable price and good driver. Strange to see the other staff actually sleeping on a mattress in the lobby for some of the day. Great hotel for the price and excellent location to walk to restaurants, designer shops, village, Old fort etc. "

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely and clean. Food good. Room was disappointing no fridge in room, manager did arrange to put one in but didnt work. Loud music in bar."
