"Very poor quality. Bathrooms didn’t have curtains. Towels were not given in good number. The bed sheet, pillows and all are very old and so don’t look real white. The flooring laminations are slowly coming loose. Room service would sometimes respond very late. All the traffic noise is so audible n inside the room disturbing my work calls. Overall I am not satisfied. "

The resort is infested with mosquitoes, making the entire stay uncomfortable and unsafe, especially for families with kids or elderly members. The swimming pool is in terrible condition – poorly maintained and filled with insects. Despite multiple requests to the staff for cleaning, no action was taken. Speaking of...

"チェックアウトの際に精算なしと言われて、ルームサービスを取った事を伝えると記録を取っていなかったらしく何を取ったかいちいち聞かれ、ずいぶん待たされた上にクレジットカードが受け付けられず、キャッシュで払おうとしたらおつりが全くなかったためぴったりの金額を払わされました。ホテルとしてあり得ないサービスレベルの低さです。"
