"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location, right on the strip of shops and restaurants. Loved walking across the street to the water and using the paddle board on the lake.
The common areas were charming with plenty of comfortable seating. We tried the patio for drinks and dinner. The food was decent and the service attentive. An employee was vaping in inside when we arrived and he (incorrectly) told us dogs aren’t allowed on the patio, but another employee corrected him.
Our biggest issue with our stay is that the hotel needs to invest in bedding. Both beds in our room (111) had large dips and were lumpy and uncomfortable as were the pillows. It’s a shame that some many things were fantastic about our stay, and one of the biggest requirements (comfort) was lacking."
