"It's not possible to find a better place for a better price. Location is perfect...close enough to stores and beaches to the north/south. It was so quiet, we loved it. The one thing I would say is if you have a bad back you may want to consider a different option as the bed wasn't very comfy. I have a back disease and it sags quite a bit so didn't sleep much."
