"Was nice clean next to a train station that stops just outside the city centre of Dublin, I had to pay a deposit which hasn’t been returned in over a week? Which I think is strange. Was ideal for what we needed on a 2 day trip "

"Good location for Emerald Park however hotel room floor was filthy and not hoovered (pretzels and biscuits all over floor). We had to pay for everything as we went along and they wouldnt let us charge to the room. Shower was good when it worked. Most plugs in the room didnt work. Mouldy curtains in room also. They seperate the bar and restaurant however the menu is the same and we had to go looking for menus in the restaurant. "

"The room was great and comfortable, though a bit small. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with a large soaking tub, but getting out requires some care due to the high step, and taller guests may need to bend a bit in the shower. Overall, it was an extremely nice and comfortable stay. We enjoyed the location, as it’s close to a bus stop, eateries, and a few bars. The customer service was excellent!"

"The rooms were clean and we arrived after closing and when I had questions the staff were extremely helpful with getting our rooms sorted. The location is very close to everything. If you have a car there is convenient parking."
