"We stayed at this hotel in late September. All the staff were welcoming and courteous and the facilities just what we needed for a quiet stay as a couple. Everything was very clean, food was varied and it was just the location we were looking for. "The access to reach to the airport was quite adventurous via narrow streets with just enough space to drive a smallest car (Fiat Panda) which I enjoyed (thanks to my driving experience in India). The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was modern and looks like remodeled with spacious area. The surrounding of the hotel is great with an opening to a public park which is very nice to walk around. All in all good experience."

"Hotel Eremo is a former monastery. You are greeted immediately by name by the friendly staff. The property is serene, dining is available outside in a courtyard, at the pool, in your room. There is an amazing breakfast buffet. There is a spa or cooking classes by the chef which need to be reserved in advance. It is necessary to have a car to visit the beach or surrounding towns. We also drove to the oldest winery in Sicily for a tour, tasting, and lunch."

We made reservations five months before we arrived and at that time we requested a room on a lower floor, knowing the topography of the town and that some rooms had many steps. "Staff was very friendly and helpful answering our questions. Check in was very smooth and street parking was explained clearly to us. Town was very walkable and quaint. Loved the history.
