The house is a typical old holiday cottage with an annexe and with a swimming pool and private garden which has recently been renovated and furnished with antique furniture to make it very comfortable while respecting local traditions The Casina is about 7 km from Ragusa and about 15 km from the sea and
from the free beaches of fine golden sand (10-15 minutes by car).
On the first floor there is: a double room, a room with two beds (or one double), a bathroom without shower, a panoramic terrace with a view of the countryside sloping down to the sea.
On the ground floor: a living room with a sofa-bed (one and a half places), a kitchen with a typical brick counter, a bathroom with shower.
The annexe is a one-room apartment with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower.
Outside there is the typical 'baglio' courtyard in local white stone from which
there is access to the swimming pool (normally open from May to October) and the numerous corners for relaxing, sunbathing, barbecuing and eating.
