Dimora del Principe welcomes you to Marina di Ragusa in a 130 m² apartment within an independent villa shared with the owners, who live in another unit—ideal for up to 8 guests. The entire property covers about 1,000 m².



You’ll have 3 bedrooms: one double, one with 2 single beds, and one with 1 single bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.



The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge, and coffee machine. Air conditioning and mosquito nets are in every room, as well as Wi-Fi and a washing machine. Enjoy sea views from the property.



Outside, a furnished veranda awaits, perfect for outdoor dining, with a gas barbecue at your disposal. On-site parking is included. There’s a slide and basketball hoop for children.

The apartment is about 4 km from Marina di Ragusa, just a 5-minute drive, in a quiet area away from the crowds. Several beaches are easily accessible: Donnalucata, Punta Braccetto, Sampieri, Torre di Mezzo, and the nature reserves of Randello and Punta Secca.
