"Absolutely outstanding stay at ibis budget Wentworthville. From the moment I arrived, the experience was smooth, welcoming, and professional. The reception staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, respectful, and made the whole stay feel comfortable and stress-free. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, quiet, and excellent value for money. The beds were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything I needed was there. You can tell the staff actually care about the guests and take pride in what they do. What impressed me most was the overall positive experience from start to finish. In a world where good customer service is becoming rare, this hotel stood out in a big way. I left genuinely impressed and thankful for such a great stay. "Checking into this hotel, I had to walk my children through a bar of people drinking and staff using inappropriate language communicating with what seemed to be locals that drink there everyday. Checking into our rooms the floor was dirty and the smell in both rooms was off putting. The blankets were not covered and when removing the sheets on top of the blankets there was urine stains all over the blankets and mattresses. My son and daughter both had hair on their sheets and pillows. There was rubbish and used water bottles in the hotel cupboards and floor behind the bed. The shared bathrooms on the floor were dirty and old, privacy was absolute zero. Car park was closed from 3am-10am so getting our vehicle out of the car park meant we had to drag a heavy fence (not meant to be manually opened) so we could drive out in the morning to get to where we needed to be. Staff advised us around opening the fence. It felt very unsafe for my kids and family but the manager did refund us a room and was professional when speaking with him around my concerns."

"It is attached to the house ,which they are living with four windows could see &hear the other side and it is not build according to the Australian standard(such shower and light and ventilation et…)we are very disappointed and tried to find other accommodation close to our conference but it was too late. I could shave because it was no vanity and mirror .and bed and bed sheets were old and the smell of mould etc . "
