"Great hotel with top restaurants "

"I booked the room with king size bed and it was confirmed. But when I reached hotel with my toddler and infant I was given different room with twin bed only. This was so terrible experience and I have to sleep on mattresses and it spoiled my family vacation. I really hate when booking was confirmed and in hotel something else was given with no other choice. "

When he dined at the hotel restaurant, service was excellent — Chef Harshit specially came out to engage my husband, understand his food allergy and made him a tailored dish. Truly appreciative of the hotel’s attention to detail and service, for taking care of my husband :)"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Padmaa Haveli. It’s a gorgeous historic building owned by the same family for centuries and now converted into a beautiful boutique hotel balancing its history with contemporary interior style. The service was incredible - all the staff were amazing and always on hand to help with anything we needed. The location is brilliant - it’s set right in the centre of the city within striking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The area is a historic and densely populated part of Jaipur a diverse areas including traditional residential properties, markets, and historical sites. While the area immediately around the hotel may face challenges associated with informality or poverty, I strongly disagree to the statement I read in a customer review somewhere that this hotel was in the middle of a slum. That is unfair and untrue - the area felt safe and is reflected of the city and country, one of the fastest growing economies in the world - full of extremes. If you’re uncomfortable with that maybe look at yourself and why you’re uncomfortable with this rather than unfairly catorgorising a neighbourhood and the people who live and work there. The hotel at the time we stayed was still relatively new and had a few teething issues which they welcomed feedback on to improve. They are keen to make the best of this place so I’m sure once they into the stride will grow from strength to strength. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable stay. "

"Rooms are pricey but well worth the experience So many great people - Let’s start with the warm welcome from the front , Vans - who took care of our room Khateeb who made sure every element of our stay was enjoyable. Rohan , Anika and Vikram with a glowing smile and attentive service and incredible pasta by chef Mohammad Soyal / better than I have had in NY Italian town -his dishes need to be used in the main dining area. I know missed others - but just incredible and appreciative of all they did to ensure we were taken care of. Everyone at the steamboat restaurant also Thank you "
