"The bathroom was located by the air vent and had to sit sideways. The towels holders was located above the toilet and my husband stood up and smashed his head. He has a cut as a result."

"Friendly, helpful staff and massive rooms compared to any of the 100’s of North American rooms we’ve stayed in. Pool was great but the picture of the pool with bouncy castle for toddlers / kids was not there. Maybe it was a special occasion when the picture of pool on website was taken. My toddler still had fun in kids pool and bigger pool with water wings. Lots of free parking in hotel parking lots if you have a vehicle. Overall experience was a 4.5* and would definitely stay there again."

"The kitchen was very nice. The staff were very helpful and gave us recommendations for laundry facilities and things to see. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure. The only thing we would change is having a better space to put our backpacks would have been appreciated."

"Rom was lovely and large. Staff that checked us in were great. Bar/restaurant staff a little less so. Wouldn't let us sit at a table to have a drink and think about ordering. Insisted we sit at the bar. I gave a sore knee and couldn't. So we had to sit outside. It's covered and warm but all the smokers go outside and that was yucky"

"we had a two night stay, the staff were fantastic and very helpful, the bistro does not open at this time so you have to eat out in the evening, no great problem. Great stay. Parking in the hotel may be limited"

"The atmosphere was so relaxing and comfortable. Room was lovely and clean. I love walking in and the radio playing RTE Lyric. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant excellent and just adds to the entire experience. Highly recommended!"
