"The hotel is Amazing, unfortunately with the construction work next door we couldn't enjoy sleeping in, sitting outside on the lovely balcony, or dining at the cafe surrounded by plants. Even the pool was only enjoyable late in the evening when construction was less. Great location to walk to the botanical gardens or shopping and the car for a short drop off was great. MRT nearby will get you all over Singapore"

"Breakfast buffet is great but you need to get down there early to avoid crowds. Staff are incredibly helpful and nice. Akiro was particularly good at providing recommendations and being very engaging. Club level access was a big highlight. I assumed that we would not use it very much but we did almost every day. There are great light refreshments and snacks as well as a beautiful space to sit and relax. The swimming pool was a real highlight - resort style pool in a city hotel. I loved that even if it was raining you could sit by the pool and not get wet because of the roof. A loft room was excellent for 2 adults and a child - the balcony was also very useful. The only issue is that if you have large suitcases the room may feel tight. Overall excellent experience."
