"We loved this place the set up a lay out is awesome …. We had toddlers so no fire guard was hard we improvised with the clothes rack. Didn’t need key when we arrived as house was already open which could be unsafe had anyone else went in before we arrived. "Overall we enjoyed our stay but there were quite a few gaps. There were no instructions for the fire and when we arrived it was on. However after about an hour it went out on its own. The backup heater didn’t work so our first night was somewhat freezing. No reply from the Bachcare despite 3 tries and we finally managed to get it working ourselves by turning the mains power off to reset. No soap in the bathroom, not enough pillows. No vegetable peeler and the cleaning in the kitchen was pretty...

"The property was lovely however there were a few things that could’ve been looked into. There was mould in the showers and the dishwasher had previously been broken by someone so water went all over the kitchen floor. No detergents to wash towels or amenities before we left and we couldn’t find a bucket for ashes etc either."
