The Colletalli Barn

A beautifully restored Tuscan barn with a private swimming pool, surrounded by woods, vineyards, and olive groves, offering a relaxing view. The property is exceptionally peaceful, even though it is not isolated. Parking is available on the property. Access is via an 800-meter dirt road. The beautiful, enclosed garden, spanning 1,500 square meters, features a relaxation area with an oval-shaped swimming pool (8x4 meters, 1.1 meters deep), a veranda with a table set up for outdoor breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, a portable barbecue, and games for children. All outdoor areas are well-maintained and cared for. The barn was completely renovated a few years ago, preserving its original charm. All electrical and plumbing systems were recently installed. The raised first floor opens onto a large, bright living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor, a hallway leads to a private bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom (on the first floor, there is a closet, while the bed is located on the mezzanine, accessible via a steep staircase). From the living room, an internal staircase leads to the lower first floor, which consists of a large hallway with access to the outdoors, two double bedrooms, both with private bathrooms featuring showers. From this floor, there is also access to the spa, which includes a sauna, Turkish bath, massage table, relaxation area with loungers and pillows, and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower. From the spa, you can access the fourth bedroom, which features a double sofa bed, and from there, you can reach the fully equipped laundry room. The farmhouse is equipped with air conditioning (EUR 15/day, available on the raised first floor and in the room with a mezzanine) and fans (in the rooms on the lower first floor). The price also includes the provision of linens (changed weekly) and use of the spa. Housekeeping, grocery shopping, concierge services, cooking classes, and babysitting are available.
Activities and Distances We are located in the heart of the Sienese countryside, a few kilometers from Radicondoli and Casole d’Elsa, where you’ll find all kinds of shops and the weekly market in the town square. All the other towns—Montecastelli Pisano, Colle Val d’Elsa, San Gimignano, and Siena—are easily accessible by car. Thanks to its location, the surrounding area offers numerous activities: nature reserves and castles. You can also visit local farms and wineries for tastings. The coast is an hour’s drive away. Radicondoli is 5 km away (grocery store), Casole d’Elsa is 17 km away (weekly market and a variety of shops), Colle Val d’Elsa 25 km, Siena 40 km, San Gimignano 41 km, Florence Peretola Airport 84 km, Siena train station 40 km, Florence 80 km, Pisa 108 km.
