Il Frantoio - Charming Loft in the old town

This elegant and spacious Loft “Il Frantoio”, with a living area of 160 m², is located in the old town of the medieval village Radicondoli.

The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity.

The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on best quality materials.

The open space living area with a wide super-equipped kitchen leaves no desires unfulfilled - it comes with a induction hob, an extractor hood, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, an espresso machine, a coffeemaker, a juice extractor and sorbet maker. Completely furnished with a dining table, a cozy sofa, Hi-Fi Stereo with Bluetooth function and a Smart TV.
Beside the living area there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a shower and bathtub, the second bathroom has just a shower.
From the main bedroom you can exit to the balcony where you can enjoy the paromic view over the surrounding hills.

The Loft comfortably hosts up to 7 guests. It’s perfect for couples, families and groups of friends. Suitable also for bachelor/ hen parties.

The charming medieval village of Radicondoli is situated on a hill between Siena and Florence.
Within one or two minutes walk from the apartment you can find bars, excelent restaurants, grocery stores, shops selling typical local products, a bakery, a post office, a pharmacy, a bank with bancomat and a tourist information office.

The village is perfect for an authentic tuscan experience far from mass tourism and because of its strategical position, it’s the ideal starting point for discovering Tuscany: Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Chianti, Monteriggioni, the San Galgano Abbey and much more.
