The villa lies in the hills of southern Tuscany (with a beautiful panorama) around 3 Kms from Radicofani. It forms an ideal starting point for enjoying the peace of the surrounding hills and on the other hand making trips by car (the highway A1 Florence-Rome is 25 Kms far away) to sparkling towns like Siena, Montepulicano, Orvieto, Viterbo, Cortona, Florence, etc. The villa is especially suitable for 2/3 families who want to go on holiday together or for little groups until 10/12 person. It is composed of 2 buildings, the largest with kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also a large covered terrace equipped with table and chairs to eat outdoor. Nearby the terrace there is also a BBQ at disposition. The small building situated in front of the swimming pool is composed of 2 bedrooms (one with small sofa bed) and 2 bathrooms (one suitable for wheelchair user's). Baby cot and extra bed available upon request. The position of the villa grants a lot of privacy to the tenant (no other houses nearby).
There is air conditioning in all 5 the bedrooms, in the living room, dining area/kitchen (dining room & kitchen are connected, so one space...the AC split is in the dining area). The property is completely fenced (150cm high) and has a large garden with a 12x6 meter pool, all for private use of the tenant. Well behaved dogs are welcome (if you want to bring more then 2 ask us before booking). Restaurants, supermarket and some other shops are available in the little town of Radicofani (5 Kms from the villa).
